On Nov 8, LBT Company successfully held ERP kick-off meeting. The chairman of the  company, the executive director, the general manager, leaders of the business department and the business backbone and Mr.Wu, the chairman of QI Tong、Mr.Song, the project manager and other project team members participated in the launch meeting.

        At the beginning of 2016, the company leadership took a broad and long-term view, organized and conducted the ERP project ‘s preparatory work, and set up a special pre-ERP working group on early to sort out the functional requirements, business emphasis and approval process of each plate. And several conferences were held with a number of suppliers to optimize and improve the solution. Finally, the QI Tong company became our partner through several rounds of competitive bidding with the advantages of enterprise qualification, business understanding depth and company resource allocations.

        At the meeting, Chairman Shen of the company delivered an important speech on the significance of the ERP project, how to effectively promote the information construction and highlight the advantages of information management, and he put forward specific requirements for the relevant work of each unit. Mr. Song, project manager of our ERP project, he made a detailed introduction about ERP project’s implementation plan. LBT Shares, LBT Engineering, LBT Construction leaders respectively spoke and expressed their enthusiasm for the ERP system online, and they also stated that they would coordinate resources to fully support the project. Mr. Wang, Executive Director of LBT Engineering and ERP Project Director , he made an important speech and made clear arrangements for the related work. Ms.Yu, the manager of Financial Management Center and ERP project manager, she made a speech and put forward specific requirements and goals on related work.

        The chairman of QI Tong Mr. Wu and ERP project manager Mr. Song also stated that：they would coordinate the best resource to ensure the ERP project achieve success, and they would provide perfect information solutions for LBT company EPFC’s whole industry chain resources, it would become a classic case of industry .
